It wasn't a professional shoot, but one day Sonia actually let us keep barrettes in her hair, so we took some really fun impromptu photos. Enjoy!

Fourth of July

Auntie Lolo and Mike came up to Seattle to visit for the 4th of July and what a treat that was! It was so great to spend time with them and Sonia absolutely loved Mike (especially because he would blow "yellow bubbles" with her on demand)! We had our semi-annual 4th of July Party - complete with a performance of the AshPat famous play "A New Flag for a New Country." And in typical Seattle fashion, the weather was overcast and dreary, but the sun came out as planned on July 5th! But that didn't stop us from having a great 4th. And to top it all off, we watched the amazing Fireworks show from our front porch and didn't even have to leave the house.

India Fest

A few weeks ago, we headed to the east side (land of Microsoft) and spent the afternoon at an India Festival.We ate really good food and danced alot to all the live music. Sonia wore her beautiful top that Aparna and Scott brought her from India, very modern!

Sonia ate BOTH plates of food. We had to get dinner for ourselves later!
